Sonic Echo
ActiveEmit a sonar pulse to highlight nearby resources
Triggered manually (default Shift on PC)·Early Access: equip 1 Active (default Shift on PC) and 1 Passive at a time.
How to unlock
Scan Collector Leviathan with the Bio Scanner, then unlock at the Biolab.
Bio Scanner required
Most BioMods require the Bio Scanner attachment (green glow while aiming). Parts are found in the late-game zone; craft at a Modification Station. Standard Scanner scans do not unlock BioMods—you must re-scan donors with the Bio Scanner.
Where to scan
Apex predator in the massive trench between the starter zone and late-game area (toward the giant tree structure). Safer tactic: descend from directly above for the scan.
In-game effect
Press your active ability key to emit a large pulse that highlights collectible minerals (copper, titanium, etc.) in the area.
Tips
One of the hardest scans in Early Access. Plan the run carefully—worth it for serious resource farming.
