Official Databank

A heavy-duty industrial fabricator designed to assemble components into a small to mid-size craft, including submersibles, aerospace craft, overland transport and workmechs. The vehicle fabricator lacks the precision to manufacture small components or to modify vehicles; it can only assemble the final product. During the Expansion, the widespread use of vehicle fabricators triggered brutal and illegal labor uprisings. Spacecraft assembly workers, unable to adapt to their newfound redundancy, tried to delay the flow of refugees from Earth in a selfish effort to maintain their economic status. In the wake of the strikelifting action, many of these workers faced trial for crimes against humanity and negligent murder.
